Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Errand Assistant to join our team in Old Strathcona, Edmonton. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive daily support, managing various tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of personal and professional errands. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent time management skills, capable of handling diverse responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. This is an on-site position vital to supporting key personnel within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute a wide range of daily errands, including but not limited to grocery shopping, dry cleaning, postal services, and local deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of personal appointments, reservations, and events.
  • Perform light administrative tasks such as organizing documents, managing correspondence, and basic data entry.
  • Conduct research as needed for various personal projects or needs.
  • Maintain meticulous records of tasks completed and expenditures.
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of all assigned duties.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize tasks.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license and access to reliable transportation
