Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Hair Dye Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in the Titanic Quarter, Belfast. This factory-based role involves working on a shift pattern to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of our renowned hair dye products. You will be an integral part of our production line, responsible for various stages of the manufacturing process, adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment involved in hair dye manufacturing.
  • Follow precise recipes and instructions for mixing and blending raw materials.
  • Perform quality checks on products throughout the production process to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Package and label finished hair dye products accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all hygiene standards.
  • Load and unload materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Experience operating industrial machinery.
  • Forklift license or experience.
