Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Salon Support Crew member to join our dynamic team for morning shifts, from 7am to 12pm. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals eager to start a career in the beauty industry with no prior experience required. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our salon, contributing to a clean, organized, and inviting environment for both our clients and stylists. Your positive attitude and willingness to learn will be highly valued as you support our dedicated team and contribute to an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including styling stations, waiting areas, and treatment rooms.
- Perform general tidying, sweep hair, and ensure all areas are presentable throughout the day.
- Assist stylists by preparing their stations, retrieving tools, and managing supplies.
- Manage salon laundry, including washing, drying, and folding towels and capes.
- Restock retail products and ensure displays are neat and appealing.
- Provide refreshing beverages to clients as needed.
- Assist with inventory tasks and alert management to low stock levels.
- Support the front desk with appointment management and client inquiries when necessary.
- Adhere to all salon policies and health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- No prior salon experience required; full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual, particularly for early morning shifts.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.

Preferred Qualifications
