Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Subscription Evaluator to join our innovative team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for thoroughly testing new digital subscription services and applications from the comfort of your home. Your primary goal will be to provide comprehensive feedback on user experience, functionality, content quality, and overall service performance. This includes identifying bugs, suggesting improvements, and ensuring a seamless user journey. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the development of future digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute structured test plans for various digital subscription services across different platforms (web, mobile, smart devices).
  • Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback on user interface, user experience, content, and functionality.
  • Document findings, including bugs, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement, using our internal reporting tools.
  • Evaluate subscription onboarding processes, cancellation flows, and customer support interactions.
  • Adhere to strict testing protocols and deadlines, ensuring high-quality and timely evaluations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and development teams by sharing insights and participating in feedback sessions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all pre-release products and sensitive information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in digital subscriptions and user experience.

Required Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in written communication, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
  • High level of comfort with technology, including various operating systems, web browsers, and mobile applications.
