Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Records Management Assistant with a focus on AI and digital data to join our team in Greeley, CO. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our clients’ digital information assets, leveraging artificial intelligence tools for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will assist in the lifecycle management of digital records, ensure compliance with data governance policies, and support the implementation of AI-driven solutions for data categorization, retrieval, and analysis. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the digital conversion, indexing, and categorization of physical records into digital formats.
- Support the implementation and operation of AI tools for automated data classification and information extraction.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of digital records in accordance with company and client policies.
- Perform regular audits of digital data to ensure compliance with records retention schedules and legal requirements.
- Provide support for digital data retrieval requests, ensuring timely and secure access to information.
- Collaborate with IT and data science teams to optimize AI models for records management tasks.
- Maintain detailed documentation of digital records processes and AI tool configurations.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on best practices in records management and AI technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of database systems and data entry principles.
- Familiarity with digital document management systems (DMS).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Library Science, or a related field.
- Experience with AI/ML tools or platforms, particularly in data processing or text analysis.
- Knowledge of records management principles and best practices.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Previous experience in a digital records management or data entry role.
