Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented WFH Document Reviewer with a strong focus on legal and financial documents. This is a 100% remote contract position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to critical projects for a globally recognized professional services firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and analyzing various documents to identify key information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and accurate review of legal and financial documents for responsiveness, privilege, and other key issues.
- Utilize document review platforms and e-discovery tools efficiently.
- Collaborate with legal teams and project managers to ensure consistency and quality.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, protocols, and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
- Document and report findings clearly and concisely.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in legal and financial terminology.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with e-discovery software (e.g., Relativity, Nuix).
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
