Job Description

Xtreme Limousine Service, a leader in high-end transportation in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated Luxury Sedan Operator to join our elite team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation to our discerning clientele. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury sedans for executive travel, airport transfers, and special events.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned vehicles both inside and out.
- Adhere strictly to schedules, routes, and traffic laws to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality with all clients.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding client needs, schedule changes, or unexpected delays.
Required Skills
- Valid Ohio Class D Driver's License with a pristine driving record (Clean MVR).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent knowledge of Columbus and surrounding areas, including optimal routes and traffic patterns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and courteous demeanor.
- Punctuality, reliability, and exceptional time management abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 pounds.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a luxury chauffeur, private driver, or executive transportation specialist.
- Experience with high-end clientele and understanding of their service expectations.
- Defensive driving certification or equivalent advanced driver training.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
