Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and observant Body Language Annotator to join our Video Analysis Support team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately identifying, categorizing, and annotating specific human body language cues and behaviors within video footage. Your work will directly support the development and refinement of advanced AI and machine learning models used for behavioral analysis, ensuring high data quality and contributing to cutting-edge research and product development. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and analyze video footage to identify and categorize specific body language cues, gestures, facial expressions, and postures.
- Accurately annotate identified behaviors using specialized annotation tools and platforms.
- Follow detailed project guidelines and annotation standards to ensure consistency and high data quality.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to review and refine annotations.
- Provide constructive feedback on annotation guidelines and tool functionality to improve processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols for all project materials.
- Meet daily and weekly annotation quotas and quality targets.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in using computer applications and web-based tools.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and guidelines meticulously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Previous experience in data annotation, content moderation, or video analysis.
- Familiarity with various data annotation platforms or tools.
- Experience working with large datasets or video content.
- Degree in Psychology, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
