Job Description

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for helping others? Concentrix in Winnipeg is looking for enthusiastic Inbound Service Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. This is a purely inbound role – absolutely no cold calling involved! Enjoy the stability of consistent hours and a supportive work environment where your contributions are valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions regarding products, services, and accounts.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and efficient service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team performance goals.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and multiple applications simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French) is an asset.
  • Experience with CRM software or similar customer management tools.
