Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Transport Specialist to join our elite team in New Port Richey, Florida. This critical role involves providing secure, reliable, and discreet transportation services for executives and VIPs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in executive protection, defensive driving, and logistical planning, ensuring the safety and comfort of our principals at all times. You will be responsible for maintaining top-tier vehicles, planning efficient routes, and adapting to dynamic situations with calm professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secure and timely transportation for executives and VIPs to and from various destinations.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are meticulously maintained, clean, and fully operational.
- Plan and execute optimal routes, considering traffic, security risks, and principal preferences.
- Perform advance reconnaissance of routes and destinations to identify potential security threats and logistical challenges.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and security protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all principal activities and sensitive information.
- Operate and maintain specialized security equipment as needed.
- Provide basic first aid in emergency situations, if required.
- Prepare detailed reports on transport activities, incidents, and vehicle maintenance.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive protection or specialized transport roles.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Advanced defensive and evasive driving certifications (e.g., Executive Protection Driving Course).
- Proficiency with navigation systems and route optimization tools.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screenings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Military or law enforcement background with VIP protection experience.
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
- Experience with armored vehicles and their systems.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., PPS, CPO).
- Fluency in additional languages.
