Job Description
We are seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Nail Bar Host to join our prestigious team. As the first point of contact for our nail bar guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience. This flexible part-time position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for hospitality and customer service. You will be responsible for managing appointments, greeting clients, maintaining the pristine appearance of the reception area, and supporting our talented nail technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests and visitors to the nail bar, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage and schedule appointments efficiently, both in person and over the phone, using booking software.
- Answer inquiries about services, pricing, and availability with accuracy and enthusiasm.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately, managing the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the nail bar reception area and waiting lounge.
- Assist nail technicians with preparation and clean-up tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service to enhance their overall experience.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Promote retail products and packages available at the nail bar.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service or reception experience, preferably in a hospitality, spa, or salon setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and appointment scheduling software (e.g., salon/spa software).
