Join Amazon’s dedicated team as a Night Shift Warehouse Associate in New Port Richey, FL. This full-time role offers a premium pay rate for individuals committed to maintaining our high standards of operational excellence during overnight hours. You will play a crucial part in preparing customer orders, ensuring packages are accurately sorted, packed, and ready for shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow inventory, ensuring products are placed in correct locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks, scanning items and verifying quantities.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer navigation skills (for scanning and inventory systems).
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center setting.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
