Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Service Associate to join our team in Montgomery, AL. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient office operations and supporting various departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders, and ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, including audiovisual equipment and refreshments.
  • Perform light administrative duties such as scanning, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries related to office services.
  • Ensure the general tidiness and professional appearance of common areas and office spaces.

Required Skills
