Job Description
As a Quick Service Host at Greggs, you will be the friendly face of our shop, ensuring every customer has a positive and efficient experience. This casual role, which includes a casual loading rate, offers flexibility and the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for serving customers with a smile, handling transactions, preparing simple food items, and maintaining a clean and inviting shop atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and providing excellent service.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operating the till, processing payments, and handling cash securely.
- Preparing hot beverages and simple food items according to Greggs standards.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the serving area and customer seating.
- Restocking display units and ensuring products are fresh and appealing.
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth shop operations.
- Adhering to all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
