Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Real Estate Contract Labeler to join our innovative Property Technology team in Winnipeg. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in processing and organizing a vast array of real estate contracts and related documents, extracting key data points, and accurately labeling them within our proprietary tech platforms. This position is vital for enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our data analytics, supporting our advanced AI and machine learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review and interpret various real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, and service contracts.
- Extract critical information such as dates, parties, terms, clauses, and financial details from complex legal texts.
- Apply precise labels and tags to extracted data using our internal data annotation tools.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across all labeled documents.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine labeling guidelines and improve data quality.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to identify and correct errors.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our property technology platforms by providing feedback on tools and processes.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and productivity targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive real estate information.
