Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spa Water Quality Tech to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and pristine condition of our spa’s aquatic facilities. With a strong focus on maintenance, this position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, possess a keen eye for detail, and are committed to upholding the highest water quality standards. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start a career in facility maintenance and water management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily testing of spa water quality parameters (pH, chlorine/bromine levels, alkalinity, calcium hardness, etc.) using specified testing kits and equipment.
- Adjust chemical levels as needed to maintain optimal water balance and sanitation, following established safety protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of filtration systems, pumps, heaters, and other spa equipment.
- Monitor and record equipment performance, identifying and reporting any malfunctions or potential issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all spa aquatic assets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all water quality readings, chemical additions, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with all local health regulations and company standards for spa water quality and safety.
- Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs of spa equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a maintenance or facility support role is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing or electrical systems.
- Certification as a Certified Pool/Spa Operator (CPO) or similar qualification (we will support obtaining this if not already held).
