Job Description
Teleperformance is seeking a highly motivated and creative Media Planner with a high-energy ad focus to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the specified region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing media strategies across various channels to achieve client objectives. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative and effective advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive media plans and strategies aligned with client goals and budget.
- Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify optimal media channels and opportunities.
- Negotiate and purchase media space and time across various platforms including digital, social, TV, radio, and print.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate effectively with creative teams to ensure media plans integrate seamlessly with ad content.
- Manage media budgets efficiently and ensure timely execution of all campaigns.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on media performance for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in media planning and buying, preferably with 2+ years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital media landscapes including SEM, SEO, display advertising, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, ad servers, and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- High energy and a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with global campaigns or managing large-scale media budgets.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and the broader ad tech ecosystem.
