Job Description
Are you passionate about live music, theater, and sporting events? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for providing constructive feedback? Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a meticulous and discreet Ticket Office Secret Shopper to help us ensure our event ticket purchasing experience is exceptional. In this unique part-time role, you will anonymously evaluate the customer service, efficiency, and overall experience at various ticket offices for concerts, sports, and other live events in your area. Your observations will directly contribute to improving our service standards and enhancing fan satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit designated ticket offices for various concerts, events, and sports venues as directed.
- Purchase tickets according to specific instructions, observing the entire transaction process.
- Evaluate the ticket office environment, staff professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and wait times.
- Assess the clarity of information provided and adherence to service protocols.
- Accurately document observations and experiences using a detailed reporting form.
- Provide objective and constructive feedback on both positive aspects and areas for improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments and findings.
- Submit timely and comprehensive reports after each assignment.
