Job Description
Are you reliable, physically fit, and looking for a dynamic role with weekly pay? Evri is seeking enthusiastic Drivers Mates/Porters to join our Fareham team. In this vital role, you’ll be assisting our delivery drivers with the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and delivery of parcels to residential and commercial customers. This is a hands-on position requiring excellent teamwork, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding service. Key Responsibilities
- Assist delivery drivers with the loading and unloading of parcels from the vehicle.
- Safely transport parcels to customer doors, adhering to delivery schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service, interacting politely and professionally with recipients.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and securely.
- Navigate routes efficiently with the driver, potentially using mapping tools.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment within the vehicle.
- Follow all company safety procedures and road traffic regulations.
- Report any delivery issues or discrepancies promptly to the driver or supervisor.

- Physical fitness and stamina to lift and carry parcels of varying weights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality for early morning starts.
