Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote E-commerce Assistant to join our dynamic skincare team. This is a 100% remote position focused on the efficient processing of online orders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth customer journey from purchase to delivery, specifically for our extensive range of skincare products. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for supporting efficient e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process a high volume of daily e-commerce orders for skincare products.
- Monitor order statuses and coordinate with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely dispatch.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries related to order status, tracking, and delivery.
- Update product inventory levels within the e-commerce system.
- Perform data entry tasks related to product information, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify and resolve any order processing discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Assist with preparing reports on order volumes and processing efficiency.
- Maintain organized digital records of all order-related documentation.
