Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient WFH Order Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring data integrity, and providing exceptional support to our operations. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company's order management system.
- Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information, to prevent errors.
- Communicate effectively with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify order details.
- Maintain and update customer records and order databases with precision.
- Generate order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documents as required.
- Monitor order status and follow up on any pending issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures for order processing and data management.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for order entry processes.
- Identify and report any system issues or inefficiencies related to order entry.

Required Skills
