Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as Restaurant Support – Entry Level Office and Floor. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in both administrative office tasks and hands-on operational support within a bustling restaurant environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our establishment, contributing to both guest satisfaction and behind-the-scenes efficiency. This is a perfect starting point for someone looking to build a career in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling basic correspondence.
- Assist with reservations management and guest inquiries, ensuring a welcoming and professional first point of contact.
- Support the front-of-house team with table setup, greeting guests, and ensuring dining areas are pristine.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and order placement for office and restaurant supplies.
- Help maintain a tidy and organised office and restaurant floor, ensuring all areas meet our high standards.
- Support HR and accounting functions with basic data entry and filing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with special events coordination and guest list management.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall restaurant operation.
Required Skills

- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, even outside of hospitality.
