Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Remote Support Specialist for Chat & Email only. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries exclusively through chat and email channels. Key Responsibilities

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.

- Stay informed about FedEx Ground services, policies, and procedures to provide up-to-date information.
- Adhere to company policies and performance standards, including response times and quality metrics.
