Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of court documents and participate in court hearings as needed, under supervision.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in child protection.
  • Provide administrative support to the child protection team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college coursework in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
