Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH EA Content Strategist to join our dynamic team. This is a junior-level, fully remote position designed for an individual eager to develop their skills in content strategy while providing essential executive administrative support. You will work closely with an executive leader, assisting in the development and execution of content strategies across various platforms. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a foundational understanding of digital content best practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist an executive leader in the research, planning, and development of content strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Support the executive with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify content opportunities and trends.
  • Help manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and publication of materials.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread various content types, including articles, social media posts, and presentations.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and assist in generating reports on effectiveness.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and content assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for content creation.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging content technologies.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and content principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
