Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and packing orders for shipment.
- Loading and unloading trucks manually or using material handling equipment.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory within the distribution centre.
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with warehouse environments (even volunteer work).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
