Job Description

Join RBC as a Remote AI Interaction Analyst, specializing in banking, and contribute to enhancing our customer experience through artificial intelligence. This is a secure work-from-home position where you will play a crucial role in analyzing, optimizing, and fine-tuning our AI-driven customer interaction platforms. You will work with cutting-edge technology to ensure our AI systems are intuitive, effective, and align with RBC’s commitment to excellent client service. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for technology and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze AI-driven customer interactions to identify patterns, errors, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI responses in banking inquiries.
  • Collaborate with AI developers, data scientists, and product managers to refine AI models and conversational flows.
  • Monitor AI system performance, provide regular reports, and suggest actionable insights.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new AI features and updates.
  • Ensure all AI interactions comply with banking regulations, data privacy standards, and company policies.
  • Document findings, recommendations, and best practices for AI interaction design and optimization.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and banking technology.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, basic Python/R for scripting).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with conversational AI platforms or chatbots.
  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles.
  • Previous experience in a financial services environment.
  • Certification in AI/ML fundamentals or data analytics.
