Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Hair Dye Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Regina. This is a factory-based role requiring shift work, where you will be an integral part of the hair dye production process. You will operate machinery, monitor production lines, and ensure the consistent quality and safety of our products. This position requires adherence to strict safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment used in hair dye manufacturing.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products, reporting any discrepancies.
- Load and unload materials, including dyes, chemicals, and packaging components.
- Follow precise formulas and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mixing and blending.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors.
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain efficiency.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Experience with chemical handling or cosmetic production.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Forklift operator certification (an asset).
