Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apple Operations Expert with a strong focus on Inventory and Logistics to join our dynamic team in Mississauga. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of Apple product inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, streamlined logistics, and timely distribution across our retail network. You will be a key player in optimizing our supply chain for Apple products, minimizing discrepancies, and maximizing product availability for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile Apple product inventory, ensuring accuracy and minimal loss.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and retail stores for efficient product movement and delivery.
- Implement and optimize inventory control procedures specific to Apple products.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and mitigate potential stockouts or overstock situations.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of Apple products, adhering to brand standards and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
- Utilize inventory management systems and tools to track and report on stock levels and movements.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain high levels of inventory integrity.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing high-value, fast-moving consumer electronics, preferably Apple products.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP).
- Familiarity with Apple's product ecosystem and supply chain best practices.
- Experience with e-commerce logistics and omnichannel retail.
